As a consumer litigation and credit lawyer in Hawaii, Andrew has litigated more than 550 federal consumer law cases, including dozens of class actions that have returned hundreds of millions of dollars to consumers. In many of these, he authored or co-authored briefs leading to favorable decisions on his clients’ behalf.

Though he practices primarily in Virginia and Hawaii, Andrew has litigated cases across the country, from Maryland and Pennsylvania to Texas and California. Super Lawyers has repeatedly named him a “Rising Star,” and he regularly speaks at local and national conferences on consumer protection matters.
